01. Discover

We sit down together and understand the business objective, the technical constraints and what your people do every day. We leave with a clear goal, not a wish list.
02. Plan

We draw the structure, the screens and the technical architecture. You review and approve before the first line of code — that is where mistakes are cheap to fix.
03. Build

We work in short stages, with regular demos. At every milestone you can try working software, not just read a progress report.
04. Test

We check functionality, security, performance and behaviour on phone, tablet and desktop. And GDPR compliance — before launch, not after.
05. Launch

We handle the production rollout, DNS, SSL certificate and final checks. After launch we stay available for maintenance and for the next step.
